How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because we hand-batch our products to ensure freshness, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin or eczema?
Yes! Many of our customers find relief with our tallow-based balms because they mimic the lipid profile of human skin. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area before full application.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach our international community in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return gently used products within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or refund, minus shipping costs.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We never test on animals. We source our tallow from regenerative farms that treat their livestock humanely and prioritize the health of the planet.
